At ASI, we specialize in designing and building advanced detector solutions that empower scientific discovery. Since our founding in 2011, we've been committed to developing cutting-edge hybrid pixel detectors that serve researchers across chemistry, physics, materials science, and biology. Whether it's visualizing ultrafast molecular processes or tracking elusive particles, our detectors help scientists push the frontiers of knowledge.
Our mission is to make high-performance detection technology both accessible and intuitive. While detectors are a crucial part of nearly every analytical instrument, they often remain a background component. At ASI, we bring detectors to the forefront—offering tools that are not only powerful and precise, but also easy to integrate, maintenance-free, and adaptable to a wide range of experimental setups.
Our core expertise lies in hybrid pixel detection technology, a platform that enables fast, noise-free, and highly sensitive data acquisition. These detectors have supported groundbreaking research in fields such as electron diffraction in transmission electron microscopy (TEM), neutron imaging at large-scale facilities, quantum correlation or computation and velocity map imaging (VMI) in fundamental physical chemistry.
What sets us apart is our close collaboration with scientists and instrumentation developers. We build custom solutions tailored to experimental needs, whether it's a compact head for vacuum environments or high-speed electronics for time-resolved experiments.
At ASI, we don’t just make detectors—we make discovery easier.
